Best Foot Forward Walking Club

It is an underrated form of exercise but walking is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to be more active.
Regular walking has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, such as heart disease, type 2 Diabetes, Asthma, Stroke and Some cancers.

Best Foot Forward walking club Meet at Roe Valley Leisure Centre on:

Wednesday Morning 10:00am at Roe Valley Country park Free session.

All walkers leave from the leisure centre and none of the walks will be any more than 5k to start off with.
After all the walks you will come back to the Centre for free tea and coffee.
The club is free to join and there will be walk leaders in place that will deal with all levels of fitness and abilities so come along for a free fun event that is for every one in the Limavady area .
Health for Life also runs a yearly walking festival in March/April so keep checking our events page.
Best foot Forward walking festival will run over 4 weeks awaiting dates.

Locations are: Roe Valley Country park, Ness woods Country Park, Benone Beach, Downhill Location (TBC)
